Your Virtual Receptionist allows the caller to make a selection to reach your staff or department. Then each staff person has their own "Voice Mailbox" that takes a message or routes the call to their cell phone.
The main system includes:
- Local number supplied or bring your own**
- Virtual receptionist with multi option menu (Menu for departments or staff)
- Multiple greetings for time appropriate play (Day, After hours and Holidays)
- Informational greetings play from menu selection (Hours, web address, directions, etc)
- General voice mailbox
Staff voice mailboxes include:
- Pre-recorded custom greetings
- Personalized schedules
- Call routing to office, cell or home phones
- Music on hold as caller is transferred
- Call Screen will record callers name to play to subscriber
- Call Announce to notify subscriber that this call is a business call
- Follow Me to route calls through up to six different numbers before going to voice mail
Voicemail features for general mailbox and staff:
- Voice messages are delivered to up to three email addresses at once
- Voice messages are delivered as WAV, WMA or MP3 audio attachments
- Notifications can be sent when a message is received (Sent as SMS to cell phone, call any phone for voice delivery or cascade notifications)
Subscribers have access to the Web Portal to:
- Change email addresses
- Change phone numbers
- Change schedules
- Change notifications
- Listen to messages
- Download messages or documents
- Generate call activity reports
Options:
- Additional personal voice mailboxes $10 per month/$10 activation
- Spell By Name Directories $10 per month/$20 activation (requires personal mailbox for each member of directory)
- On Call/Urgent Care call center $10 per month/$10 activation
* Activation:
System activation fee $55 for the Virtual Receptionist plus $10 for each person on the system will be added to first invoice.
