HIPAA and PCI DSS Compliance with 256 Bit Encryption Password Security
Sensitive voice messages are encrypted and password protected before being emailed for the utmost in security and compliance with HIPAA and PCI DSS regulations.
Security during transmission of Personal Health Information and financial information over the Internet is extremely important and we take this very seriously. We have recently enhanced our servers capabilities to enable us to encrypt and password protect voice messages and faxes before they are emailed to our clients. This technology encrypts the attachment WAV, WMA, MP3 or PDF to a ZIP file that can only be opened by the recipient with a password.
We recommend the use of headphones in the office to listen to your messages privately.
This 256 bit encryption complies with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act, HIPAA and the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard, PCI DSS requirements.
