| What are the advantages to having a Voice Mail to Email? |

When your messages are in your email you can listen to them as often as you like. They don't have to be erased to make room for others. They can be archived on your computer for as long as you need. The email with the voice message can be forwarded to anyone for them to listen to the message. Delete the message/email once the message has been listened to.
TIP: To archive your messages from customers setup a rule in your email program (Outlook etc) to move emails with the caller ID of your client in the subject line.

| Is it hard to setup? |
No, we do all of the programming, write the outgoing greetings and record them. Then upon your approval we will make arrangements with your phone company to have your calls forwarded when your lines are busy or after a few rings. If you have phone service with a cable company we will send you the instructions and assist you over the phone with the process.

| Can I record my own outgoing greetings? |
| Yes, and we encourage you to do so for that personal touch in your personal maibox. |
| Does the message end up on my cell phone? |
| Not on your cell phone voice mail. We can send your cell phone an SMS text notification (Not the text of the message). The notification will have the mailbox number and the callers caller ID. |
| Do I have to buy new equipment? |
No. There is no equipment to buy, install or maintain.

| Do I have to get new software? |
Most computers are already loaded with some type of media player (Windows Media Player, Quick Time, iTunes, etc.). Double clicking on the email attachment will open the player for the voice messages. The messages can be sent in the format your computer needs.

| Do I still have my phone company? |
Yes, you still have your phone company for phone service.

| Can I use an 800 number? |
Yes.

| Is this a VoIP service? |
We do use VoIP for interconnect between our server and our 48 state service area.

Yes. Some services may require extra programming and testing.

| How do I get my messages? |
All voice messages are accessible from:
- Anywhere you can pick up your email
- Call in from any phone 24/7
- All Call Technologies (Answer Idaho) web portal 24/7

| How long will you store my voice messages on the your server? |
- Voice Messages Un-played: 168 hours
- Voice Messages Played: 24 hours
More time is available upon request. Clients may store their voice messages on their own computer as long as they'd like. |
| Do I still have to have local phone service? |
We do not supply business or residential "dial tone", you would still use your preferred service provider if you need land line or cell phone service.

| What about porting numbers? |
All Call Technologies purchases phone numbers to allow clients access to our services. These numbers are owned by Answer Idaho LLC and we retain all rights to them. Numbers may be ported after a client has used that number with our service for a period of one year or more. Existing numbers may be ported into our service and may be ported back out at the client request.

| Are there any contracts to sign? |
No. All services are on a month to month plan.
