Find Me/Follow Me

The Find Me/Follow Me feature is designed to have the system try several phones in a sequence to get the call answered. It may be a person with an office phone that rings first then the cell phone next or a series of phones that ring elevating the call to the next available staff member. This feature, combined with our Call Announce will ensure that the call gets answered by a live person as often as possible.

Benefits of Find Me/Follow Me:

Your caller listens to music instead of a ringing phones as the system tries each phone.

Callers are more likely to stay on the line as the system dials several numbers than redialing a number if asked to on a voice mail.

Caller Voice Mail Option

Give your caller the option to leave a message from the start. Add the Caller Voice Mail option to the Find Me/Follow Me feature just like the Call Screen feature. When your caller dials your number they will hear "You have reached (Your name). Press one to be connected press two to leave a message." If the caller selects one the system will do the Find Me/Follow Me routine you have selected. If they press two they will be able to leave a voice message.
