Prescription Refill Questions Jam Medical Office Lines
"Please hang up and call your pharmacy. They will contact us on your behalf if necessary..." How Do I Get On Google Places?
I was chatting with a small business owner at a chamber mixer last week and she asked "How do I get listed on Google Places?" I suggested that she get a virtual business telephone number from All Call Technologies and have it listed. Listing her telephone number would get her business added to Google Places, Yahoo Local, Merchant Circle, YP.com, Superpages.com, Yelp.com and many others.

Advertising for a New Employee? Use an Employee Screen Voice Mail

How to Add an Auto Attendant to Your Small Business
I was contacted by an office manager for a doctors office and she was trying to figure out how to add an auto attendant to the office phone system. After talking for a few minutes we had just the solution she needed without changing her equipment.

What does your business sound like when no one answers the phone?
I called a business today whose line was busy. I could tell that they had voice mail from the phone company. It said “Hi this is ______ Real Estate. We’re sorry we can‘t answer the call. Please leave a message and we’ll call you back.” I recognized the voice; it was recorded by the office assistant. She’s...
