Basics of Centrex Phone SystemsMany phone companies have basic call routers called Centrex. They are a very simplified PBX allowing their customers to have basic call routing to phones in an office without having an internal phone system. These Centrex services usually have a single recorded menu and have hard coded call routing to the phones in the office.

Multi Greeting Voice Mail Improves Your Customer ServiceHow many times have you called a business to ask if they are open? Or what their fax number is? Or when their UPS pickup will be? Then you hear "Please leave a message after the tone..." If this had been a customer calling your business they may just move on to the next number in the list. You may have lost a sale opportunity.
